| 摘 要： | 论述了新建医专实行教育创新的基本思路和主要实施对策,提出以更新教育观念,达成教育创新共识为突破口,对新建医专按普通医学高校标准改善办学条件,加强师资队伍建设,健全教学管理制度,促进教育教学改革,发挥教学质量监控作用,从多个环节保障育人质量,切实提高办学综合效益是非常必要的和切实可行的。

| Abstract: | t:This article discusses the basic thinking and the major implementing countermeasures of educational creation in the newly-built medical colleges.The newly-built medical colleges have to improve the conditions of running a school according to the standards of regular medical universities,stengthen the building of the teaching body,amplify the management system of education,prmote educational and teaching reform,and give full play to the controlling of teaching quality in order to renew educational concepts and get to a common view on educational creation.It is necessary and practical for these colleges to highlight the integrated benefits of running a school. |
