| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种新的发展理念,是一种新的生产方式,是一系列的产业形态,是一种集约性的增长方式,只有形成长效机制,才能推进循环经济在我国的发展。总体上看,政府推动、市场驱动、公众行动,三者缺一不可。大力发展循环经济,是我国真正走上经济和社会可持续发展的道路的必然选择。发展循环经济,必须以循环发展的理念,修改相关的法律,制定切实可行的相关政策,必须利用高新技术和绿色技术改造传统经济,构建新的经济发展模式。

| Abstract: | Recycle economy is a new kind of developing view, a new mode of production, a series of industrial form, an intensive growing pattern. Only by forming a long-term and effective system can we develop recycle economy in our country.On the whole, the push of government, the trend of the market, the action of the public, all of the three are necessary. Greatly developing the recycle economy is a necessity that our country can continue developing economy. Developing recycle economy must revise the relevant law, make practical policy and use advanced technology as well as the green one to reform the traditional economy and form a new mode of economical development. |
