| 摘 要： | 宪法权利救济权是宪法规定的公民基本权利,其历史进步意义是显而易见的,但该救济权的实现和宪法的最高法律地位不和谐。完善公民权利救济方面的立法,确实保障公民权利救济权在新时期有着特殊的意义。

| Abstract: | The right to be relieved in civil constitutional right is stipulated as one of basic civil rights by constitution,which owns the highest legal status.The historic progressive meaning of this is obvious.But the stipulation is not hamonized with the law system and the status of the constitution.So it is specially meaningful to improve the legislation of the civil right to be relieved and ensure citizens enjoyment of it. |
