| 摘 要： | 随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展和广泛应用,网上购物已经成为消费者的一种消费时尚。与此同时,网上购物所引起的法律问题也逐渐暴露出来,消费者的网络隐私问题已成为人们关注的一个焦点。通过对消费者网络隐私权的侵权状况、我国法律保护的不足以及国际立法的分析,提出了对我国网络消费者隐私权法律保护的构想。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development and extensive application of Internet technology,online shopping has become a consuming fashion for consumers.Meanwhile,consumer's cyber-privacy has!become the focus of people's attention resulting from gradual exposition of legal issues caused by online shopping.This essay raised the conception of legal protection for our country's cyber-consumers' rights of privacy by means of analyzing the state of infringement of consumers' rights of cyber-privacy,the insufficiency of our country's legal protection and the internetional legislation. |
