| 摘 要： | 疏导方针是我党加强和改进思想政治工作最基本的指导方针。本文作者联系自身多年来从事思想政治工作实际,分析阐述了坚持疏导方针理论依据、科学含义、重要作用及积极意义,深刻剖析了当前事业单位在执行疏导方针时存在的问题及原因,对如何正确贯彻执行疏导方针,做好事业单位的思想政治工作提出了自己的意见和看法。

| Abstract: | Counseling approach is to strengthen and improve the Party's ideological and political work in the most basic guidelines. The author links their own ideological and political work over the years in the actual analysis on the principle of adherence to the sterile rationale, scientific meaning, and the important role of positive significance depth analysis of current public policy in the implementation of traffic problems and the reasons for the proper implementation of traffic policy, ideological and political work in institutions made their comments and observations. |
