| 摘 要： | 引入个案工作理念和方法是提高大学生思想政治教育实效性的重要途径。在思想政治教育中要做到:坚持"以人为本"的理念,开展主体间性思想政治教育;采取个别化方法,加强时代性和针对性;助人自助,促进大学生自我提高;合理运用个案社会工作技巧,提高思想政治教育水平。

| Abstract: | The introducing of ideas and casework method is an important way to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education to undergraduates in college and university.During ideological and political education,principles should be stuck up are shown as follows:the education ideas should be inter-subjective and‘human-oriented’,the method should be individualized,focused and conforming to the times,the target should be helping people help themselves to propel undergraduates promote by themselves,the use of case social skills should be reasonable. |
