| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡基层党建是中国社会经济发展到一定阶段后对党的建设的必然要求,它是一个重要的实践问题,也是一个重要的理论问题.破解这个问题,需要总结实践经验,重点是创新城乡基层党组织设置机制、创新党员教育管理机制和基层党组织组织工作机制,破解支部设置难题、党员与基层组织的疏离难题以及基层党组织活力难题.

| Abstract: | To make comprehensive arrangement for urban-rural grass-root Party construction,at certain stage of the development of economy and society in China,is a necessary requisition for the Party construction career.It is not only an important practical issue,but also a serious theoretical subject.Its promotion and progress demands the accumulation of Party construction experiences,highlighting the mechanism innovation of setting up urban-rural grass-root Party organizations in terms of managing Party member education and perfecting the organizing work for grassroot Party organizations.Moreover,to streamline the setting up of Party branch,the connection between Party members and grassroot Party organizations and the vitality of the grassroot Party organizations. |
