金秋梨和黄花梨花粉贮藏性及授粉能力测定

摘    要:金秋梨和黄花梨的花粉,经贮藏6个月和12个月,在-20-5℃温度范围内,金秋梨和黄花梨的花粉萌发率不同,温度越低,萌发率越高.经不同温度贮藏 6个月,花粉萌发率与花粉滤液 A260nm吸收值呈显著负相关,花粉含水量与花粉萌发率和花粉滤液的电导值、A260nm。吸收值无显著相关性,花粉萌发率与花粉滤波电导值无关.

Abstract:After storaged six and twelve months, in the different of temperature (-- 20 -5 ) , the pollen germination rate of Jinqiu and Huanghua pear was different, the lower temperature, the higher pollen germination rate. After storaged six months in condition of different temperature, pollen germination the was nagative related to A260nm and conductivity value of pollen filtrate, water content of pollen and pollen germination rate were not related to A260nm and conductivity value of pollen filtrate.
