摘    要:E-Learning具有时空流动性、资源共享性、交互性、学习个性化和学习自主化五个特点,它为教育公平提供了可能·当前我国E-Learning中实现教育公平在以下三个方面存在着障碍:E-Learning的接入环境,E-Learning学习者的信息素养和E-Learning资源建设·因此,要加快信息化基础设施建设,解决E-learning接入环境的问题、普及信息常识,加强E-learning信息素养的培养,加大力度开发本土化网络资源·

Abstract:E-Learning makes education equity possible,which is characterized by space-time fluidity,resources sharing,interactivity,individualization and independence in study.Now in China there are obstacles to realize the education equity through E-learning in the following respects:the accessibility to E-Learning,the learner's information literacy and the resource building in E-Learning.The paper puts forward such countermeasures as speeding up constructing the foundation facilities of the information to solve the accessibility to E-learning,popularizing the common knowledge of information, strengthening the information literacy education and increasing the development of the local network resources.
