| 摘 要： | 就业政策的变革、高校招生规模的扩大、用人单位的高要求和国际金融危机以及大学生自身的主客观原因,使当前大学毕业生遭遇了前所未有的就业困境,也造成了毕业生在认知、情绪、社会、人际关系等方面的一系列就业心理问题。国家的宏观调控、学校的指导帮助、家庭的理解支持以及学生的自我调适,是有效解决大学毕业生就业心理问题的重要方法。
