| 摘 要： | 高校党建工作是我党工作的重要组成部分。基层党组织的党总支书记决策科学思维能力,是搞好基层党务工作的前提条件。如何提高高校院(系)党总支书记的决策科学思维能力,是值得我们党务工作者探讨的一项重要课题。作为高校院(系)的党总支书记就要围绕以教学工作为中心这个主题,将决策科学思维方式和途径付诸与党的工作实践之中,建立新的工作模式、确立新的工作思路、新的工作原则,达到新的效果。

| Abstract: | The construction of the Party in college is a major component of the Party affairs.Successful management of the party affairs is based on the strategic and successful thinking competence of the Party Branch Secretaries at the grass-roots unit.How to improve the abilities is a vital subject,which is worthy to be discussed.The main work of the Party Branch Secretaries in college should try to set new working systems new workable ideas and new working rationales while centering on teaching and putting the strategic and scientific ways and methods of thinking into practice. |
