| Abstract: | With the development of the information technology,library resources have obtained substantial addition.The utilization of library resources in higher institutes should be improved in such aspects as adjusting book-storing structure,innovating service and management,promoting professional standards of library staff in reader service and strengthening interlibrary cooperation in the new situation. |
