| 摘 要： | 当前旅游行业就业中存在"大空缺、低进入、高流失"现象,对旅游管理专业学生主要就业岗位进行了研究,在此基础上分析了旅游管理专业学生核心能力,提出沟通表达能力、创新设计能力、创业发展能力是旅游管理专业的核心能力,是旅游管理专业的"吉祥三宝"。最后从优化人才培养方案、改革理论教学课程体系、创建应用型实践教学体三个方面提出了培养对策。

| Abstract: | There is a tendency that shortage of human resources but few students to apply for a job in the employment of tourism management.Through the analysis of the main jobs in tourism management,based on the analysis of the professional tourism management students' core competence,communication ability,innovation ability,business development capability design is the core competence of professional tourism management,Finally,three countermeasures have raises from the talent training scheme optimization theory teaching reform of course system,practical teaching practice body. |
