| 摘 要： | 民间调解与官府审判乃传统社会解决纠纷的常用方法。通过细致解读留存于徽州地区的家族谱牒与契约文书,将其中的民间诉讼案例进行分档研读,以期加深对明清时期宗族与官府各自权力运作空间的认识。
