| 摘 要： | 较为详细地提出了建立基于B S结构多媒体教学信息系统的设计 ,提供了用户管理、视频点播、视频广播、多媒体课件、电子教案、多媒体教学素材的浏览和检索等管理和所用功能 教学信息系统的设计必将对转变教学观念、提高教学质量和全面推进素质教育产生积极的影响 .
