| Abstract: | This paper described that α—phenyl—2—furanmethanoJ was reduced to 2—benzylfuran，α—phenyl-2-furanmethanol reacted with PPh3 and CCl4 at 40℃ for 1h, an yellow solid compound was prepared. this compound was sdved in MeCOOEt and treated with NaIm,Hlm(Hlm=Imidazale) at R. T. for 1h; 2- benzylfuran was prepared. |
