摘    要:“以德治校”是江泽民同志“以德治国”理论在学校管理工作中的具体应用 ,是实现学校培养目标的重要手段 ,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容 ,是学生健康成长的重要保证。要搞好学校管理 ,领导要以德施政 ,为人典范 ;教师要以德施教 ,为人师表 ;学生要以德治学 ,为人正直 ,全面发展。

Abstract:Running the school with morality" is the concrete application of "running the country with morality"in school management. It is the important means of achieving the school's cultivating purpose, the key content of socialist ideological and ethical progress, and the cardinal assurance of the strdents healthy and sound growth. To run the school effectively, the school leaders must run the school with morality and be paragons for others. The teachers must teach with it and be models for the students. And the students must pursue their studies with it and be honest and of all-round development.
