| Abstract: | During the intellect economic period the library plays an very important role in intellect innovation. Therefore, the liberians should possess the correlated qualities. They should master advanced information management and dissemination technology. They should get the knowledge of varied fields as well. To be a qualified liberian in the intellect society, one should renew the knowledge continuously and be fully aware of information. |
