| Abstract: | The 4th Session of 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China sets the general goal of improving governing capability of CPC, and points out building a harmonious socialist society is the main task for now and in the immediate future. The key to fulfill this main task is to do the ideological and political work carefully to stimulate every positive factor so as to stimulate the whole society. |
