论学校图书馆的“场”效应

摘    要:学校图书馆作为参与教学、辅助教学、促进科研的基础设施,以其独到的文献信息资源、人才资源及独特的学习环境等优势,发挥着极其重要的"育才"效应。图书馆的"场"正是依据这些特点而形成的特定物质。学校图书馆的"场"效应是实在可感的,它贯穿、融汇在图书馆所有构建的种种因素中,人们必须尊重它的客观存在。若要使图书馆在参与学校的教学科研过程中发挥更大的作用,必须完善机构机制,强化管理,造就一个广阔的、强大的"场"。

Abstract:As the infrastructure to participate in the teaching, asslst the teaching ano promote me scientific research, school libraries play an extremely important effect of "cultivating talents" because of the advantages of information resources, human resources and the learning environment. The "field" of libraries is formed according to these characteristics, which is sensible, runs through, and integrates into all the factors of libraries. One must realize its objective existence. The institutional mechanisms should be improved, the management should be strengthened and a powerful "field" should be created in order to make full use of school libraries in the process of teaching and scientific research.
