| 摘 要： | 从产业链概念出发,基于价值链、企业链、供需链、空间链、孵化链五个维度探求青岛影视文化的全产业链发展策略。全流程优化影视产业价值链,演绎城市与影视的共生关系,满足人民群众的精神价值消费升级需求;全要素保障影视产业企业链,引进和培育影视文化企业;全配套完善影视产业供需链,形成有效而稳定的对接机制和价值交换生态系统;全地域统筹影视产业空间链,强化全产业链的集聚效应;全方位打造影视产业孵化链,推进“影视+孵化”战略,为影视文化企业提供全流程、全要素、全配套、全地域、全方位服务。

| Abstract: | Starting from the concept of industrial chain,this paper explores the whole industrial chain development strategy of Qingdao film and television culture based on the five dimensions of value chain,enterprise chain,supply and demand chain,space chain and incubation chain.We should optimize the value chain of the film and television industry from the whole process,deduce the symbiotic relationship between the city and the film and television,and meet the people’s spiritual value consumption upgrading needs.We should guarantee the chain of film and television industry enterprises from all aspects,introduce and cultivate film and television culture enterprises.We should improve the supply and demand chain of film and television industry,form an effective and stable docking mechanism and value exchange ecosystem.We should coordinate the space chain of film and television industry in the whole region,strengthen the agglomeration effect of the whole industry chain.We should build the incubation chain of film and television industry in an all-round way,promote the strategy of“film and television+incubation”,and provide full process,all elements,all supporting,all regional and all-round services for film and television cultural enterprises. |
