| 摘 要： | 生产性服务业具有高科技含量、高渗透性、高附加值、高产业带动力、高开放度、低资源消耗、低环境污染等特征，并呈现出规模化、国际化、融合化、集群化、虚拟化、网络化的发展趋势。近年来，青岛市生产性服务业有了较快发展，但是与先进国家和国内先进城市相比，仍有较大差距。从青岛市生产性服务业与制造业融合发展视角，分析生产性服务业的发展现状及存在的问题，建议应突出“蓝色、高端、新兴”制造业转型升级为生产性服务业开拓发展空间并提供政策支持，从而加快生产性服务业与制造业融合发展。

| Abstract: | Producer service industry has the characteristics of high technology content, high per- meability, high added value, high industry driving force, high openness, low resource consumption and low environmental pollution. And it has represented the development trends of large scale, internationalization, amalgamation, clustering, virtualization and networking. Recently, Qingdao has made a rapid development in producer service industry. But compared with the developed countries and the domestic advanced cities, there is still a large gap. From the perspective of the integrative development of producer service industry and manufacturing industry in Qingdao, this paper makes analysis on the development status of producer service industry and the problems. It highlights the transformation and upgrading of blue, top and new manufacturing industry to producer services industry, broadening the development space, providing policy support and accelerating the integrative development of producer services industry and manufacturing industry. |
