| 摘 要： | 20世纪30年代,青岛的乡村建设运动同全国其他地区一样,也把教育作为起点,把教育作为改良乡村最重要的途径,特别将学龄儿童教育作为重中之重。当时的青岛市政府以财政为基础,施行强制义务教育、"二部制"班级编制、"小先生制"等,在各乡区建设办事处的努力下,青岛乡村小学教育取得了显著成果。

| Abstract: | In the 1930s,like other areas,the Rural Construction Movement of Qingdao started from education.The education was regarded as the important measure to reform the rural areas and the education for school-age children was especially attached great importance to.Based on finance,Qingdao government implemented the compulsory education,the class arrangement of two-shift system,and little teacher system.With the efforts of construction offices in rural areas,the primary education of Qingdao achieved remarkable achievements. |
