| 摘 要： | 高职生在实习阶段的教育管理是以教师现场指导为主导的,但对于一个班级来说,实习地点的分散给同学之间的相互沟通与信息传递带来了很大的困难.笔者在工作实践中,通过搭建网络平台,充分利用网络不受时间、空间限制的特点,面对身处不同实习地点的学生,有针对性地开展各项工作,在高职生的实习教育管理工作中起到了较好的辅助作用.

| Abstract: | During the internship,the instruction and management is mainly carried out by teachers on the spot,but it causes big problems in the communication between the students and passing on the messages due to the different internship places for a whole class.Through the practice,the author suggests making full use of the network which is not constrained by time or space to manage the students practicing in different places.This attempt has achieved satisfactory results. |
