| 摘 要： | 随着金融全球化的形势发展,银行操作风险逐渐成为主要金融风险之一。目前我国银行操作风险管理中存在一些问题,通过概述银行操作风险的定义、特征及操作风险循环的内容,本文提出建立银行操作风险内部控制、流程、组织机构、员工管理、外部环境的管理模式。并且借鉴风险管理的理念,提出建立银行操作风险管理应急机制,以避免银行操作风险损失带来的巨大影响。
