| 摘 要： | 高职院校关注企业对人才素质的要求,就是关注人才的培养质量;企业关注教育教学,就是关注未来发展所需要的人才资本质量,这是校企合作育人的基础。通过建立专业建设咨询委员会、参与行业协会活动、与行业合作培训员工、聘请业内专家任兼职教师、校企合作建立实训基地等多种形式,促进高职院校与行业和企业之间建立良好的合作关系。对高职院校制定人才培养方案、课程建设、实践性教学、毕业生质量跟踪调查等方面均进行了有益的探索,以更好地实行校企合作育人。
