| 摘 要： | 在地方本科院校旅游管理专业与酒店企业的教学实践合作过程中,尽管涉及的三方(地方本科院校、酒店企业和实习生)关系已经多年磨合而改善,但是,三方仍表现出较显著的差异性利益诉求。本文试图通过探索三方利益诉求差异的内容、差异形成的原因以及融合三方利益诉求差异的途径,为地方本科院校实现培养目标、酒店企业实现人才储备、实习大学生得到实践锻炼,从而最终实现三方诉求有效融合提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | During the teaching- practice cooperating process between local undergraduate universities and hotel enterprises,although the tripartite relationship of participants（ local universities,hotel enterprises and students） is getting better after years of collaboration,significant differences of interest demand are still existing. The purposes of this article are attempt to explore the specific content and the causes of different interest demand of participants,what＇s more,approaches of integrating this tripartite interest demand differences. Thus,it will provide valuable references for local universities to achieve training goals; for hotel enterprises to enforce their talent pool; for students to gain practical experience and realize the integration of the tripartite interest demand. |
