| Abstract: | In this paper,by using the Liapunov-like functional method,M-matrix and topological degree theo- ry,some new sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the existence,uniqueness and global exponential stability of the equilibrium of cellular neural network with time-varying delay and distributed delay. |
