| 摘 要： | 汉初社会经济严重凋弊,再加上“重租税以困辱之”的抑商政策,商品经济基本萎缩。惠帝、文、景之时,实行“开关梁,驰山泽之禁”,大力推行“休养生息”政策,社会经济得到迅速恢复发展,商品经济亦迅速恢复发展起来,到汉武帝时出现了繁荣景象。汉代商品经济的快速发展,其原因是多方面的,其中最主要的:一、社会生产力的进步是汉代社会经济(包括商品经济)快速发展的前提条件;二、汉初“黄老政治”与“休养生息”政策,为汉代商品经济的快速发展提供了强有力的政策保障;三、社会消费需求的扩大,是汉代社会经济特别是商品经济快速发展的内在动力;四、秦汉时期统一多民族国家的政治格局,为汉代商品经济的发展提供了良好的社会环境。

| Abstract: | In the early period of the Han dynasty,economy developed very slowly and commodity economy almost came to a stop due to the policy of confining business by means of heavy tax.At the time of Emperor Hui,Emperor Wen and Emperor Jing,policy of encouraging development of economy was carried out and the social economy had walked to a highway of rapid development,during which the commodity came back to life and to its prosperity in the time of Emperor Han wu. A variety of reasons are responsible for the rapid development of the commodity economy in the Han dynasty,mainly fall in four aspects: first,the progress of social productive force is the presupposition of the rapid development of economy(inclusive of the commodity economy);secondly,the enforcement of the policy of encouraging economic development offers a powerful policy guarantee;thirdly,the enlarged social demands provides with a internal force for the rapid development of the social economy in the Han dynasty;fourthly,the united political situation of the multi-nationality state in the Qin dynasty creates a good social environment. |
