| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡发展，建设社会主义新农村，必须培育一大批有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民。湘南地区培育新型农民，必须摆上更加突出的位置，要探索切合湘南地区实际的新型农民培育途径，并建立健全培育新型农民长效机制，发挥新型农民主体作用，为建设社会主义新农村打下坚实的人才基础。
