| 摘 要： | 1960-70年代,英国工会及劳工与英国政府之间爆发了持久激烈的矛盾斗争,成为国际工人运动的重大事件。这场影响广泛的工人运动虽然具有明显的政治斗争倾向并显示了工人阶级政治力量的上升,但其目标却无关阶级斗争与阶级解放的宏旨,英国工会在战后资本主义体制中所发挥的作用,依旧维持在其传统的角色定位上,固守着其保守自助的行为特征。因此英国工会与英国政府之间的矛盾斗争并不是一场政治权力的争夺,而只是一场经济权力的博弈。

| Abstract: | The lasting contradiction and struggle existed between the British Trade Union and the British government during the 1960s and 1970s. After reviewing the reasons and analyzing the essence of the event, the author concluded that the goal of this influential workers movement had nothing to do with the aim of the class struggle and class liberation though it had an obvious inclination of political struggle and demonstrated the rising of the working class's political force. The function performed by the British Trade Union in the postwar capitalist system still preserved its traditional character. Because the British Trade Union maintained its conservative and self-help characteristics , the contradiction and struggle between the British Trade Union and the British government was not the contention of political power, but economic power. |
