重金属镉对背角无齿蚌肝脏和肌肉过氧化氢酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的镉(Cd2+)对背角无齿蚌(Anodonta woodiana woodiana)肝脏和肌肉过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响.结果表明:在Cd2+浓度低于0.7 mg·L-1时对肌肉CAT活性起诱导作用,在Cd2+浓度低于0.5 mg·L-1时对肝脏CAT活性起诱导作用,最大值出现在0.2 mg·L-1附近;而高浓度Cd2+(高于0.8 mg·L-1)对CAT起抑制作用.灵敏度结果显示,低浓度Cd2+胁迫下(0.1 mg·L-1),肝脏CAT的诱导倍数高于肌肉.背角无齿蚌肝脏CAT对水环境中的重金属反应敏感,对重金属的早期污染有指示作用.

Abstract:Effects of different levels of Cd2+ on activities of catalase(CAT) in the liver and muscle of Anodonta woodiana woodiana were studied.It was found that the activities of CAT were enhanced when the concentrations of Cd2+ were low(less than 0.7 mg·L in muscle and 0.5 mg·L in liver),and were restrained at the high level(more than 0.8 mg·L).At low concentrations of Cd2+(0.1 mg·L),the delicacy of CAT in the liver was higher than that in the muscle.The results revealed that the activity of CAT in the liver of Anodonta woodiana woodiana can monitor the heavy metal pollution.
