| 摘 要： | 索赔是一种正当的权利和要求,是合理、合法的行为,预防和处理索赔是工程管理中的一项重要工作。尽管引起索赔的原因很多,但实际操作过程中应遵循预防在先、索赔在后,以合同为依据、以事实为凭证、公正、及时的原则,区别对待。

| Abstract: | The compensation claim is a reasonable legal demand, which is very common and important in construction engineering. The claim is an action of economic compensation but not a punishment. Though many factors may contribute to the claim, the principles that the claim is based on the contract, fact and evidence, and that foresight is placed ahead of the claim should be followed in practice so as to ensure the solution is just, reasonable, and timely. |
