| 摘 要： | 运用非参数的数据包络分析和Malmquist指数模型,对2005年~2012年中国酒店业效率的动态变化及其影响因素进行了深入分析,研究结果表明：2005年~2012年中国酒店业效率呈现出上升的趋势,中国各省份酒店业效率之间的差异呈现出缩小的趋势;中国酒店业效率呈现出＂东部最高,中部次之,西部最低＂的空间格局特征;2005年~2012年中国酒店业全要素生产率表现为增长的态势,其增长主要得益于技术的进步;中国三大地区酒店业全要素生产率均有不同程度的提高;中国酒店业效率主要受到经济发展水平、交通可达性和人力资本的影响,服务业和信息化发展水平对酒店业效率影响不显著.

| Abstract: | By using the data envelopment analysis model and Malmquist index,this paper analyses the dynamic change of the efficiency of Chinese hotel industry and its influencing factors during the period of 2005 ~ 2012.The results showed that the comprehensive efficiency of Chinese hotel industry during the period of 2005 ~ 2012 took on a rising trend,and the difference of Chinese hotel industry efficiency among all the provinces in China tended to be narrowed down.In general,the comprehensive efficiency of Chinese hotel industry was characterized by the spatial pattern,with ＂the eastern region ranked as the highest,followed by the central region,and the western region as the lowest＂.The total factor productivity of Chinese hotel industry during the period of 2005 ~ 2012 tended to increase along with the technology progress;in fact,the total factor productivity of hotel industry in the three regions had all been improved at different levels.The comprehensive efficiency of Chinese hotel industry is mainly related with the economic development,transportation,human resources,and the investment of capital;however,the development level of service industry and that of information technology are not significant in statistics concerning the comprehensive efficiency. |
