| 摘 要： | 野菜经济是当前农业经济发展的一个新的生长点。江苏野菜资源地域分布规律明显,野菜食俗丰富多样,野菜食用量增长迅速,野菜资源开发的经济、文化前景广阔。 针对目前江苏野菜开发利用中的问题,及早组织力量摸清野菜家底是当务之急;此外,加大培植野菜消费市场力度,保护和培育江苏名品和精品野菜,加快野菜生产的规模化、工厂化建设,挖掘、继承、推广、创新野菜食文化,是江苏野菜开发利用的必由之路。

| Abstract: | Wild vegetable is a new field of growth in current agricultural economic development. The wild vegetable resource in Jiangsu distributes regularly. The various customs of eating the wild vegetable are quickly increasing the consumption, thus offering a great economic and cultural prospect. The current issue is to investigate the resources of wild vegetable, to solve problems that occur in the exploitation of it. In addition, efforts must be made to expend the wild vegetable consuming market, the best and famous species be protected and cultivated, the development of wild vegetable be factor farm based to scoop out, inherit, expand and create new wild vegetable foods. |
