摘 要: | 在落实《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》和实施《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011-2020年)》之际,在混合学习和移动学习日益盛行的趋势下,微课成为当前我国教育信息化资源建设的重点和研究热点。在分析国内近三年来不同领域中微课概念研究现状及概念衍化的基础上,阐释了微课的生态发展、资源开发与实践应用的情况。同时,结合国内首届中小学教师微课大赛的有关调查数据,对微课的实践内涵及主要特征进行了分析与比较,并将我国微课的发展划分为三个主要阶段:关注微课资源构成阶段、关注微课教学活动阶段、关注微型网络课程(微型视频课程)建设阶段。最后,从微课的视频制作、系统设计、教育应用、配套资源和共建共享五个方面对国内微课的可持续发展进行了深度阐述,并提出启示建议和总结展望。

Abstract: | With the implementation of National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020) and Ten-year Plan for Educational Information Development(2011-2020),the blended learning and mobile learning are becoming more and more popular.Under this trend,the micro-lecture is the key point of educational information resources construction,which has become a research hot spot.On the basis of analyzing the research status of micro-lecture concept and its concept derivation in the different areas(eg.primary and secondary schools,colleges and universities,and educational enterprises) in the past 3 years in China,the ecological development,resources exploration and practice application of micro-lecture are expounded.Besides,with the investigation data of first national micro-lecture competition for primary and secondary school teachers,the practical connotation and main characteristics of micro-lecture are analyzed and compared,with which the development of micro-lecture in China is divided into three stages: focusing on the construction of micro-lecture resources;focusing on teaching activities of micro-lecture;focusing on the construction of micro network course(micro video course).Finally,from five perspectives of video maker,systematic design,educational application,supporting resources and co-construction and sharing,the sustainable development of micro-lecture in China is deeply analyzed.Besides,the enlightenment for the follow-up construction of micro-lecture and prospects are included in the paper as well. |
