| Abstract: | To accelerate the promotion of South Hunan Grand Exploration is an important strategy of the development of regional economy in Hunan, in order to further promote the South Hunan Grand Exploration, it is important to feel the right pulse of the realistic basis in Chenzhou, Hengyang and Yongzhou, namely the policy basis, location basis, environment basis, industry basis and resource basis, etc. It is of great significance to further liberate people＇s thoughts and clarify the strategic targets, thinking mode and corresponding measures. |
