摘    要:劳动力市场存在着性别歧视、相貌歧视、户籍歧视、疾病歧视甚至学历歧视、方言歧视等形形色色的就业歧视现象,这主要是由于劳动力过剩造成市场“供过于求”、城乡二元结构的历史原因以及法律法规不健全而导致的,为此需采取相应措施保护劳动者的平等就业权。

Abstract:With social development and serious employment condition, in labor market there appear all kinds of employment discriminations such as discriminations of appearance, household register, diseases, even educational background and localism. The causes are that labor force is excess, labor market is oversupplied, city and countryside are historically dual structured, and our law and regulation are not perfect. So we must take measures to guarantee the equal employment of labors.
