| 摘 要： | 根据社区教育在政策中的不同内涵,可划分为初步探索社区教育、开展社区教育试点、收获社区教育试验成果、规划社区教育新阶段几个时期。中国社区教育政策有助于丰富中国教育政策内涵,保障中国社区教育的发展,明确中国社区教育发展方向,形成中国城市教育新格局。中国社区教育应完善社区教育政策体系、加强社区教育实体化建设、壮大社区教育人才队伍、支持社会组织参与社区教育。

| Abstract: | According to its differences in policies, the community education can be divided into preliminary exploration, experiment, gai- ning the experimental results, and planning the new period of community education. China＇ s community education policy can enrich the connotation of its educational policies, guaranty the development of its community education, clear the direction of its community educa- tion development, and form the new pattern of its urban education. China＇ s community education should improve its policy system, strengthen its entity construction, expand its talent team, and support social organizations to join in it. |
