高职院校思政教育工作实效性的制约因素和对策研究

摘    要:提高思政教育工作实效性是高职院校思政教育工作的出发点,也是思政教育工作的落脚点。学生主体地位的缺失、价值取向多元化等因素制约着高职院校思政教育工作的实效性。高职院校应不断优化思政教育环境,思政教育工作者应主动创新教育教学方法和学生管理模式,同时社会、家庭、学校要建立联动机制来营造良好的思政教育氛围,从而有效提高高职院校思政教育实效性。

Abstract:To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education is the starting point and the end result for ideological and political education in vocational institutions. The lack of student status and diversity of values restrict the effectiveness of ideological and political education in vocational institutions. Higher education institutions should continue to optimize the ideological and political environment, and ideological education educators should take the initiative to innovate teaching methods and student management. Meanwhile, society, family and school should establish a linkage mechanism to create a good atmosphere for ideological and political education in order to improve ideological and political education effectiveness in vocational institutions effectively.
