| 摘 要： | 晋商信仰多种多样，但主要以关公信仰为主。统治阶级大力宣扬、顺应民众的普遍信仰和提高商人社会地位的心理需求是晋商信仰的历史背景。晋商信仰产生了许多积极作用，促使晋商树立了共同的价值观，提高了晋商的社会形象，培养了晋商敬业自律的职业道德，给离家在外的晋商以强大的精神力量；同时，也产生了严重的消极作用，成功后的晋商得利忘义，经营风险提高，不能广纳社会贤才等。
