| 摘 要： | 随着我国研究生招生规模不断扩大，尤其是专业学位硕士招生政策的放开。研究生就业难问题开始显现。导致研究生就业难的因素很多，如何有针对性地进行研究生职业生涯规划和指导引起了社会各界的广泛关注。本文以法律硕士为例，分析指出：需要科学规划和安排法律硕士三年学习生活，需要充分利用各种信息资源和校外实习基地．充分发挥导师、辅导员的育人作用和就业指导职能，为社会主义现代化事业培养和输送高层次、复合型、实务型法律专业人才。

| Abstract: | Vocational planning and employment guidance are essential for juris masters in the increasingly competitive job market in China. To achieve this goal, all kinds of information resources and off-campus practice bases must be available to them, and tutors and counselors should fully perform their roles in education and employment with a view to cultivating advanced, all-round and practical law talents for China＇s modernization. |
