| 摘 要： | 教育是个性养成的主要途径,学校要以一定的人格观作为办学的根本理念和育人目标。个性就是人格的独特性,具备独立人格的人通常有心理上的兴趣取向,思想上的独立意识,思维上的批判精神,行动上的创新能力,道德上的责任意识等特征。兴趣是潜能的＂向导＂,潜能是内隐的,潜能是多元的,潜能是创新的＂产床＂。校本课程具有发展学生兴趣、发挥学生特长、开发学生潜能与培养学生创新品质的功能。校本课程的特点决定了它发挥的功能,校本课程的主要特点有：个性化,综合性,与国家必修课程的互补性,教师是课程的设计者,学生是课程的决策者,关注学生的生活经验,课程本身具有创新性等。

| Abstract: | Education is the main approach to personality formation.Schools should have a certain perspective of personality as their fundamental schooling philosophy and educational goals.School-based curriculum has functions such as developing student＇s interest,realizing their strengths,exploiting their potentials and cultivating their creativity,whose features include individuality,comprehensiveness,complement to national curriculum.Besides,teachers are the designers of courses and students are decision makers of courses.Students＇ experience of life is emphasized and courses themselves are innovative. |
