摘    要:道德文化教育对于中小学生成长和发展有着特珠的意义,学生对学校有着审视培养学生的道德文化素养、识极组织开展道德文化活动、净化校围道德文化环境、规范师生道德文化言行等方面的期待。为了满足学生的期待,学校需要打造道德文化素养培养平台.科学编制活动的系列方常,重视生活细节的培养,整合学校的教育力量,提升教育和管理人员的素养,营造良好的道德文化环境。

Abstract:Moral and cultural education is especially significant for elementary and secondary school students. Schools have to focus on cultivating students' moral literacy, organizing moral and cultural activities, purifying moral and cultural environment on campus, and setting up standards for moral and cultural deeds. Considering the expectations of students, schools need to create a platform for fostering moral literacy, prepare a series of program activities scientifically, pay more attention to detailed culture life, integrate education power, improve the quality of administrators, and create a good moral and cultural environment.
