| 摘 要： | 农民工子女作为社会弱势群体,在接受义务教育的过程中,应该享有更多的受教育的福利权,有权要求国家给予全面的帮助和扶持来实现自己的受教育权。本文从受教育福利权的视角,分析农民工子女受教育福利权受损的症结,提出中央政府、农民工流入地政府为保障农民工子女切实享有受教育权,在制度、经费等方面进行改革的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Migrant children, as weak groups, should share more rights in education and welfare. This paper, from the angle of education and welfare rights, analyzes the causes of loss in this aspect, suggesting that governments of all levels should make a reform in institutions and funds to guarantee migrant children's rights. |
