摘    要:教师的专业发展需要有效的知识增长和更新的机制,核心问题就是发展他们的PCK,教研点评应当指向教师PCK的提升。沪教版初中化学"组成物质的化学元素"课堂实录及点评揭示了应围绕研究学科课程的知识、教学策略的知识、学生的知识、自主学习的知识和教学评价的知识等方面,通过对话与互动,促使教师逐渐形成自己独特的学科教学知识。

Abstract:Teachers' professional development requires effective knowledge increase and innovated mechanism, and the core problem is to develop their PCK, so objective assessment in teaching and researching should be directed towards teachers' PCK promotion. Recording and assessing the classroom teaching of "material-composing chemical elements" in junior middle school chemistry of Shanghai educational version reveals that teachers could, through dialogue and interaction, gradually establish their unique PCK by revolving around researching on PCK, teaching strategy, students' knowledge, autonomous learning, and teaching assessment knowledge.
