| Abstract: | Advancing the ability of independent innovation needs the support of innovation culture. This thesis analyses the connotation and composition of innovation culture, and the role it plays in independent innovation. It also clarifies that we must construct and perfect the system of innovation culture by breeding innovation gene, fostering innovation spirit, bringing innovation psychology, renovating innovation conception, and constructing innovation surroundings. |
