| 摘 要： | 我国的个人信用体系已有初步的发展，但是与信用相关的立法迟迟未出台，特别是我国隐私权保护的先天不足，导致在个人信用系统建设过程中隐私侵权现象时常发生。只有从隐私权的一般规定，信息隐私权的法律规制、征信业的专门立法等方面入手，建立自上而下的三维法律体系，才能有效防范侵权行为。

| Abstract: | China's personal credit system has an initial development, but with credit-related legislation yet introduced, In particular, China's protection of privacy of the birth defect, lead to a personal credit system in the process of building the privacy violations frequently occur. Only the general provisions of the right to privacy, information privacy law system, the credit information industry and other special legislation, in order to establish a top-down 3D legal system in order to effectively prevent violations. |
