| 摘 要： | 研究了W准对称矩阵反问题的最小二乘解及其逼近问题，给出了最小二乘解的一般表达式，并就该问题的特殊情况：逆特征值问题与矩阵反问题，获得了有解的充分必要条件，并在有解条件下得到了解的一般表达式。

| Abstract: | The least-squares solutions of inverse problems for W-almost symmetric matrices is discussed, and the general experssions of the solution is obtained. Moreover, for the special eases of the least-squares problems, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability and the general solution of these problems are given. |
