| 摘 要： | 本文综述了1990年后我国在山苍子油纯化加工、化学成分、化学转化和生物活性等方面的研究概况.山苍子油分精油和核仁油两部分,精油含70%左右的柠檬醛,柠檬醛经化学方法可以转化为紫罗兰酮、鸢尾酮和大马酮等高档香料,精油对多种真菌和细菌有一定的杀灭或抑制作用.核仁油含50%的月桂酸,可用来代替椰子油,广泛应用于表面活性剂等工业.

| Abstract: | Studies in china after 1990 on the isolation and purification,chemical translation,and biological activities of Lisea cubeba (lour) Pers.Oil are reviewed.The oil includes essential oil and nuclear oil.The former,which can kill or inhibit varieties of fungi and bacteria,contains many kinds of composition such as citral (about 70%) which can be chemically converted into upscale flavors such as Lonone,Irone and Damascone.The latter contains many kinds of fatty acids such as laurel (about 75%), so it can be used to replace the coconut oil to extensively apply in surface-active-agent industries etc. |
